support arrangements that can sap resources and prevent progress.
The analysis, design and implementation, and post implementation
support is strengthened through a project-based approach using
the PRINCE2 and RUP methods. Benchmarking tools are employed
for stress-testing the developed applications. System stability
is further enhanced through reuse of scalable, tested and
stable components (e.g. common controls, a standard application
framework from database through to front-end, etc.)
